Return Eligibility:

  • Defective items are the only items eligible for returns.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.

Return Process:

  1. Contact us below: If you believe you have received a defective item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. You can reach us at any of our store locations.

  2. Provide Details: When contacting us, please provide the following information:

    • Your order number.
    • A clear description of the defect or issue with the item.
    • Clear photographs or videos of the defective item, if possible, to assist in the assessment.
  3. Assessment: Our team will review the information provided and assess the request for a return.

  4. Return Authorization: If your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning the item.

  5. Return Shipment: Please package the item securely, include the RA number on the outside of the package, and send it to the address provided in the return instructions.

  6. Inspection and Resolution: Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to verify the defect. If the item is confirmed to be defective, we will offer one of the following options:

    • Replacement: We will send you a replacement item of the same type and value, at no additional cost.
    • Refund: If a replacement is not available, we will issue a refund for the full purchase price, including any shipping fees.

Note:

  • Returns for items that are not defective will not be accepted.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our return policy criteria.
