Theater Membership Agreement

THEATER MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

This Theater Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between the undersigned participant ("Member") and the arcade / Theater operator ("Operator"). By purchasing our daily membership and/or accessing the premises, Member agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Membership Access- Membership grants the Member access to the Adult Theatre facility during the operating hours of 12AM -11:59 PM on the date of purchase ("Business Day"). Access is limited to the specific Business Day for which the fee is paid and does not extend beyond that date or timeframe.

2. Membership Fee-The membership fee is $15.00 per Business Day (8 hours maximum)
All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise required by applicable Wisconsin law.

3. Use of Facility-Member is granted limited, non-exclusive, revocable use of the Adult Theatre for lawful recreational purposes only. Members agree to:

  • Use Theatre responsibly and as intended.
  • Comply with all posted rules and staff instructions.
  • Refrain from any behavior that may damage equipment, disrupt operations, or endanger others.

4. Prohibited Conduct-To maintain a safe and enjoyable environment, the following are strictly prohibited:

  • Soliciting other guests for any purpose.
  • Engaging in disruptive, abusive, or unlawful behavior.
  • Misuse, tampering, or unauthorized modification of arcade equipment or systems

5. Door and Safety Policy-For safety and security purposes:

  • Doors must not be blocked, obstructed, or otherwise interfered with, at any time.
  • Emergency exits must always remain accessible and unobstructed.
    Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of daily membership access without refund.

 

6. Limitation of Liability-To the fullest extent permitted under Wisconsin law, Operator shall not be liable for:

  • Any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property.
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damage arising from use of the facility.

 

7. Termination of Access-Operator reserves the right to revoke membership access at any time, without refund, for violation of this Agreement or any conduct deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate.

8. Compliance with Laws-Member agrees to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws while on the premises.

9. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties regarding daily membership use and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.

10. Acknowledgment

By purchasing a daily membership, Member acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
